– 30sec ???? means REST/STOP
– X 9 Stations = 31 Minutes
– Go to Spotify and search RESET & SWEAT to choose one of our public playlists ???? ???? ????
– Use weighted objects around the house for increased resistance.
– Make sure you stretch it out at the end and drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated ????

  8. 10 PLANK ROTATIONS EACH SIDE
    20 SPIDERMANS????????
  9. 3 MINUTE WALKOUTS INTO 2 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS⛰
