– Download timer (Any TABATA app)
– 3mins ???? means WORK/GO
– 30sec ???? means REST/STOP
– X 9 Stations = 31 Minutes
– Go to Spotify and search RESET & SWEAT to choose one of our public playlists ???? ???? ????
– Use weighted objects around the house for increased resistance.
– Make sure you stretch it out at the end and drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated ????
